We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Dennis Gage, MD FACP as our February Professional of the Month.

Dr. Gage is a graduate of N.Y.U. Washington College, Cum Laude-Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated N.Y.U. School of Medicine in 1976. His residency was served at Mt. Sinai Hospital of New York and he completed a subspecialty fellowship in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Nutrition at St. Luke's Medical Center. He is currently a Board Certified Diplomate in the specialty of Internal Medicine and in the sub-specialties of Endocrinology and Metabolism.

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Samuel Thatcher as our March Professional of the Month.

Dr. Thatcher has accumulated over 30 years experience in reproductive medicine. A central theme that has persisted throughout his career has been an interest in ovarian structure and function, whether due to its influence on egg and embryo quality, or as it is involved the body’s overall metabolic function. While widely published in the lay and scientific literature, he is most proud of the comprehensive consumer oriented bestselling book on PCOS “PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic” Dr. Thatcher is a respected member of the international scientific community and has received national recognition as an educator and patient advocate.

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Katherine D. Sherif, M.D as our April Professional of the Month.

Katherine D. Sherif, M.D., is Director of the Drexel Center for Women's Health and Associate Professor of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine and Co-Director of The PCOS Center. Dr. Sherif's areas of expertise include hypertension, menopause, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome and heart disease prevention. Dr. Sherif has a special interest in international women's health issues. She was awarded a Fellowship in Medicine and Human Rights from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. She also received an award for Humanism in Medicine. Dr. Sherif was named one of Philadelphia's "Top Docs" by Philadelphia Magazine. She lectures and writes about women's health issues.

Project PCOS is thrilled to announce our May Professional of the month, Adam Balen MD, FRCOG Professor of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, and Chair of Senior Medical Staff Council of Leeds Teaching Hospitals in the U.K.
